I don’t really know if I should rejoice now that Raffy’s fired from work after Attorney Mendoza found out that he was the mastermind in the anomalous deal between the associates and an influential Baguio-based comrade. True, I once wished of him fired from work because I caught him several times spending intimate moments with Kill Joy(KJ), but I didn’t mean it. I only wish foir it when I’m jealous or when Raffy’s teasing KJ.

And now that he’s gone I feel quite guilty even though I did not participate in his ‘firation’. And not just guilt. Raffy’s a good riend and companion so it’s quite dismaying that he’s fires, and the last thing I heard about him, he’s facing serious charges filed by the associates. I tried to cotact him to check what’s going on with him but he’s out of reach. He’s probably gone somewhere else where authorities couldn’t find him or he probably changed his SIM so we couldn’t contact him.

tehn three days ago, I unexpectedly got a text message from a sender who introduced himself as Raffy. The message went this way: ‘Don’t worry Aris. I’m fine here right now. Just to remind you that I’m not hiding, okay? I’m in Nueva Ecija now to settle some things with my lawyer. I’ll be back in Baguio next week.-Raffy.’ I don’t know if the message really came from Rafy because when he was still arounf he doesn’t text me in pure English. He usally texts me in Taglish but never pure english. I replied to the message quickly and waited and waited for the reply but none came. (to be continued)
